UP NaMe's Extreme Admin Abuse.

Hello,

As there is no reporting thread so i am gonna report here.

1- UP NaMe used !tpto in map map Cherry several times when he was acti and get killed by jumpers saying he hate acti.

2- He changed speed many 2-3 times to 66666666 and something like this i cant tell the exact number.

3- He used !tpto to a jumper when he became acti and told the jumpers not to kill him. he finished the map and selected a room.

so i think he need to be warned or something.

and i understand there should be a reporting thread or admin abuse report thread as there are alot of admins.
