All users that were banned permanently are now unbanned (except for users that were banned for hacking)

Please behave yourself or you will have to wait an other year for the next global unban.

It would be fair enough to make kave and temari only players, they were banned abusing tho. Otherwise my doings ib sync are just going to be trying to get ZD banned again.
