I was think instead of having someone goto full time admin they should be put as a trial admin for about 2-3 weeks so leaders,admins, and owners could watch him/her over that period of time to make sure him/her is fit to be a full time admin. Tell me what you think if we should have that or no.

Not really, since we already pick our admins very carefully, and all the admins are in touch with eachother so if they do something wrong another one knows it immediatly...
